People enrolled in programs supported by SafeGenerations software can choose to receive text alerts: new secure-message notifications, appointment reminders, and account or application status updates.
How it works: You enroll with your program coordinator and sign a consent form (view the form). We text you a confirmation; reply YES to start. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Consent is voluntary and is never required to receive program services. Your mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
